Interaction Design specializes in
User Interface design. We incorporate user needs and
your business requirements into our design process to
develop a UI that helps your users get their work done.
Design doesn't just make your product attractive. It
makes the user's work easier and can increase transaction
rates on your Web site.
We are directly concerned with usability, including
user performance and satisfaction. In conjunction with
critical design issues such as functionality, sequencing,
content, and information access, as well as such details
as what menus should look like, how forms should be
formatted, and how to ensure consistency across an interface.
A major part of our role is also concerned with setting
measurable usability specifications, evaluating interaction
designs with users, and redesigning based on analysis
of users' evaluations of an interface.
